This is so true I've always listening Bon Jovi and always been a fan and recently I had some tough time I felt really sad all the time and Jon music and words saved me, he get me through this hard time of my life. It's crazy because like I said I've always listening his songs but it's like I really heard the words for the first time it's a strange feeling because I knows the songs by heart but the words really hit me for the first time. He said the words I needed to hear to feel better. He's like my hero, my superman I'm so greatful for him and to have his music in my life since always. He's the greatest man ever ❤️

Same here. I was 15 in 1997. I was the only Bon Jovi fan in my class. I listened to this album over and over. Bon Jovi is still my favorite and this is still one of my favorite albums.

I rediscovered this album after a few decades. Lyrics, layers, base lines... impeccable. I just can't get enough of every song. So glad i found this gem again. Competes with Joshua Tree!

My favorite song from that album and the most underrated. The haunting guitar sound, sounds like the guitar is actually crying. I am not sure who plays it: Stephen Lironi or Lance Quinn (I originally thought it was Richie Sambora). I am sorry but that's some kick-ass guitar playing right there; and unmatched!!!
