It depends on the recovery . I actually didn’t tear when I had my daughter . We waited about 9 weeks only because after having a baby, you have to adjust mentally and emotionally. Neither of us were thinking about sex like that until we got to around 9 weeks. Other than that we wanted to make sure she was okay and doing well plus I needed to heal so he was gonna wait anyway. I still needed time for everything to stay in place so after 2 weeks definitely wasn’t an option for me

2 weeks postpartum sex is an absolute NO. It's not talked about but there's a significant amount of women who don't adhere to the 6 week rule. I've had far too many come at 2,3,4 wks PP with infections. On occasions PPH. And ofc their warned but some people just won't listen till it happens to them. Even as adults.It really is just not worth it. Health first ladies. Especially as a mother.
