I also save my onion 'scraps' for broth making. Especially nearing hunting season, I like to save every little veggie scrap then I have them for broth. Love your big stock pot! This was a great broth video. Thank you!
You looked so pretty today…..and you seemed so happy and smiley. Beautiful pot also. It was fun to watch you. You seem to accomplish so much. Thanks for such a nice video.
Hey Vicki, Happy to see you and u look like you are doing so much better. I don’t usually like to watch videos with paid promotions- however u very seldom do that also what a great product. Thanks for sharing. Delicious recipe. ❤ & Prayers
Hello from Ely 🇺🇲 Love the new stock pot! Its gonna come in handy I'm sure of it. Your broth looks amazing. Ive got beef bones waiting for thier day to be canned up. I'll probably get to it when there's 5ft of snow outside 😂 Blessings to you and yours. Stay warm up there ❤
Wondering if I could use red onion skins? Or would that make a funny color?? I ask because the large majority of onions I use are red and they are in abundance. Thank you Vickie!! ❤😊
I use whatever I have, and yes this did contain a few red onion skins. The color of the stock is dark because of the veggie scraps used. For my purposes, color doesn’t matter. It is all for taste!
Stock looked so good beautiful color
The stock pot is beautiful 💥
Beautiful stock!❤️🙏🏻🇺🇸🇦🇷
Beautifull!! So nice to have on shelves.

Yes, I have beef bones, and some chicken carcasses still to make stock with. So many projects, so little time!
@@VickiesCountryHome So true! The never ending list of "to do". 🙃

Do you ever freeze chicken stock ? How long does it keep in the freezer?
I have frozen it a couple of times, but used it up pretty quickly. I would guess at least a year.
