I’m very glad she mentioned JB Straubel and Redwood Materials. They’re doing incredible things able to separate the elements using magma treatment to recover 95+% of raw metals. It would be incredible if you guys could get him on too.
Erika Guerreo is a rock star. When Mark F. is ready to retire, I vote for her to be the CEO of Arcimoto. She is solid. We should all share her vision of being a founder and melding that with her personal beliefs for our future.

I Feel like I watched a video interview with her and her partner maybe a while ago...about figuring out a procces to freeze the batteries before shredding them....but i cant remeber.

You need to work on your intro. The better host will give a complimentary description of the guest, then explain why that guest is there. Then you ask the guest if they can tell the listeners more about ....... Instead you just started by throwing the show over to the guest, which surprised her, without giving us any information about who she is or why she was there. Not a great technique. It was several minutes before I had any idea who the hell she was.
