Had a 75 highboy built 390, milled n ported heads, bored, cam, balanced with 10 inches of lift on 44 inch hogs. Was wicked! Had a 79 front clip. Sold it years ago to a marina. They took off the lift and still 20 years later using it to pull boats! This video brings back memories!
@@tolmie1141 I'm almost certain they're still using the truck and engine is still rocking. Only issue ever was the infamous valve seals leaking a bit. Smoked a little at startup and that's it

that 514 BBF ain't nothing but the truth 2 thumbs up.... i love them old ford trucks with a solid front axle.....GM junk still use IFS in their 2500 and 3500 4wd trucks....

Drive angles were recently changed still need to rotate pinion back down, but the 1410 u-joint has held up to it all summer. Planning to rotate to the right angle over winter.

Drive angles were recently changed still need to rotate pinion back down, but the 1410 u-joint has held up to it all summer. Planning to rotate to the right angle over winter.
