No, not at all. I still prefer my Canon (next videos will be shot with it as well). The contrast, colour, blured backround - that's something I love. (: GoPro is super cool for slow motion and some shots I simply cannot make with a bigger camera (such as filming the dog when rollerblading or some crazy jumps), but DSLR videos are the ones I prefer:) So, depends on the taste, surely both amazing and very very very useful for different things.

Audio is good when goPro is without its cover or int eh cover with holes. in the closed one - the one that can go underwater - audio is not as good.
