Hey, tnx for the comment. Sorry, I've been working on my woodworking and laser cutting and Etsy shop. www.etsy.com/shop/sunriseshowcase Been away for a while now.
Sorry for a probably stupid question, but what was the problem with them not receiving? Just to much traffic? I hant been on HF yet Only uhf/vhf KO4MWD
It's a good question. Basically my antenna is weak, just a wire. It does fine for CW mostly, but there was a "pileup" there were probably 20 or 30 people trying to call him at the same time. And only the really strong stations win. The guys with 1500 Watts and a directional antenna were drowning me out.
@@hamradiocq oh ok, I understand the frustration. I'm new to Ham just for my tech 2-22-21 and then general 3-22-21 . Thank you for the explanation. I'm still on my HT mostly. I have a btech uv50x2 and working on a 20ft mast and tram 1481
@@TheOKBluseman thank you. I am really enjoying it so far. I've only operated on 2m and 70cm. Put up a 20ft pipe with a 16ft tram 1481 antenna yesterday! Was hitting repeaters up to 108 miles away! Yes I'm waiting on my Exta book to start studying ASAP. Thanks for the welcome!
Worked LMS last year to the stage of Last Man Standing out in California. Fair signal coming into Missouri on my old end fed wire about 40 foot up in a tree. Wish I had a better antenna also. Got a nice QSL card from them.
Do you still love the FTDx10 over the 7300?
That an older monitor with dvi input? Model? Size? Thank U
You still using the DX10 or have you moved on?

Excuse me please. I'm very curious. Where did you get this straight key from? Do you have it from 1990th?
Do a search for the J-38 straight key and also I have a Russian military straight key.

What software were you running on the computer at the start of the video? I was trying to read the upper lefthand corner without much success. Thanks

Liking the longer video.
Glad to hear! Noted. I always feared it would be too boring.
