Because he's playing the HD version. It's not 480p, and the sprites look better than the remaster does. Remaster just has more defined outlines, really.

Good game but I don't understand how you can play with these old Graphics.

@ looks like the old version, I can’t see any of the HD in this version .
it doesnt change graphic, it allow you to play with modern monitors, without blackbars between and you can change resolution whatever you want
