I think that plot point of Netossa figuring out the weaknesses was in direct reaction to their own friends turning on them. You dont need to know how to take down your allies if you dont know they can be mind controlled yet.

I love how these two seemed so useless in the beginning, but they turned out to be some of the most powerful princesses. Literally, I thought Netossa only shot fishing nets, but were actually nets that can deflect even Adora and Micah’s powers, plus she’s sensible and fights well too. Spinnerella was so hard to defeat when she was chipped, who knows what she could do not chipped and fighting for her friends/wife, yes she could deflect Adora and Micah’s powers too. They’re brave, powerful, smart, and entertaining.
I love them so much. Spinerella is so freaking cute and I adore her, and I love Netossa in general. I love their dynamic- they make me so happy everytime they're on screen
Adora and Catra are cute in an angsty, awkward, hormone-filled teenager way, while Spinerella and Netossa are cute in the past-the-honeymoon-but-still-very-in-love married couple way.
