Thanks for posting this one. The bit at 16:16 saved my shifter.
I have an Eagle SX 12speed with similar (if not almost identical) internals, which needs to get the top cap off to change the gear shifter cable.
For some unknown reason, the spring got out of its retaining hole and I thought that it snapped from the other one that is popping out.
