Dosa & idly k liye separate variety of rice hai. Not normal rice we eat everyday. & in ko banane k liye rice, urad dal & rice flake same quantity mei use hota hai aur iska batter fermented hota hai, tabhi ye tasty hota hai sambhar mei 14 aur more spices & sabhi tarah ka vegetables use hota hai. It's kind of vegetable soup.
