- I made a very inarticulate video to show my accepted portfolio to LCF! I made it to try an help other students hoping to study at LCF. I am new to video editing and making this sort of video in general so please forgive my amateur attempt. London College of Fashion is a really amazing University, Good Luck to anyone applying. what is the foundation of your creative output? like did you do u course before? your portfolio is so good and makes me feel so unable to get accepted because i dont know how to do it like that
I’m pretty sure that she did a foundation art course before doing the fashion course just off the first project

I have some queries about portfolio coz I wanna apply in MA in women wear. Can i ask?
I wanna apply for Masters course In ( MA In women's wear) . But i don't have fashion background. My both parents own their own boutique and I'm working with them from 5-6 years I don't have any certified experience but it's my passion. I'm good in stitching, sewing, cutting... I'll make a good portfolio... I don't have any idea about research proposal topic pl help me in it. It means a lot to me.
Hey sourav! Thanks for your comment! I am no expert on the requirements to get in for a masters degree but I think if you have a BA and a strong portfolio you will have a good chance? If you just have a portfolio of designs and garments and have the skills and they can see that I think you should go for it!! Fashion design courses are a Lot of work, but if you want it bad enough, you can do it!!
I can show my 5-6 projects of dress that I have stitched.. A lil bit of process and some inspiration, some illustration.. But idk how to make 3D design. Is is sufficient for portfolio?.
Even idk what would be my research proposal. Like I'm not getting it that would be mine research proposal title in womenswear. Pl suggest me some ideas or research title so that I can built an proposal.

Better to do a foundation diploma in art and design prior to applying for uni, it helps with building portfolio work too
You dont need a foundation degree for LCF!! only for CSM. I am just going to apply for fashion design and will probs do an intergrated foundation cause CSM said they cannot guarantee you a place for fashion design even is you have a pre degree with them. Good luck!!!
