"Only is the perfect metal piece" - James Hetfield. There is a lot to pick from in that era, but I definatly have to agree.
Only got it all. Melody, drums out of this world, top tier guitars. It just rocks!

The album title Sound Of White Noise, a song called Black Lodge feat. Angelo Badalamenti and Bob aka Frank Silva from Twin Peaks at the end of the Only video. Anthrax was inspired by the Twin Peaks tv series

That was the first album with John on vocals. Joey who John replaced and then Joey replaced John, is also an amazing singer. Joey actually fronts a Journey Tribute band. Check out some Anthrax with Joey on Vocals. You will like it as well. BTW they still do this one in concert with Joey singing. Both versions are amazing

This album had zero soft spots. Even Black Lodge, was heavy as it gets

This was good, but IMHO not even close to the former Thrash Metal Anthrax, how about reminiscing with "Be All End All", "Got the Time", "Indians", "Caught in a Mosh" and practically any song from the Album STATE OF EUPHORIA, they have so much fantastic material, "Be All End All" highly recommended 👍
