Latasha Woodral Thank you! I prep the leather (an essential step) and I use professional leather paints. The preparing and the pro leather paints bond to the leather. The paints will last as long as the leather does with normal wear. But, just as with any leather, it can be damaged by scrapes, water and other abuse, in the same way leather shoes, purses and jackets can be damaged.
Unlike regular acrylic paints, these won't fade, crack or peel off. If the person you buy from isn't using professional leather paints and properly preparing the leather for the paints to bond to, then who knows how long it will last. I have a keychain fob I made with regular acrylic and after 2 years of very light use, it's cracked, faded and the paint is rubbing off.

M Sarav it is a Colwood. Adjustable heat and a lot
of different tips available. 👍🏻
