I have a question. So I have 2 stores with a different location my first store is already connected to my gdmss app. But when im trying to connect my second store to gdmss app I have the same configuration with your vdeo but it says whenever I scan and add new device it says its bound to account.

Make sure the network cable is connected properly and also try using 8.8.8.8 as your DVR's DNS server
