Thanks for telling us about Paul. I'm thinking about recording some material for what would be my first solo album and haven't quite figured out what I'll be doing for drums. I'm not the greatest drummer, and I know how important drums can be to improve and enhance tracks, etc. so that's good to know.

​@ChadEtchison I appreciate your knowledge and encouragement. I took a few years off from music and now that DAWless seems to be a thing again I feel right at home. I just need to write some new material and chip away at some tracks. It's been inspiring to check out your videos and the tutorials have been super helpful.

@@ianmargolyczI'm glad it's had a positive effect. I love the old 4-track feel as well, and getting away from screens is wonderful. Getting song inspiration together is my number one pursuit. It's become everything to me -- going for the 'perfect' song, or at least one that gives you a feeling of pride or satisfaction.
