they are not siblings!! Don't worry. They are sworn brothers in the original manga and game. The translators couldn't find a better term for their bond. It's safe to ship them. Sworn brothers is a famous BL trope in China

@@peachii4180 nope they are sworn brothers in original material (aka Chinese translation) the English translation were total ass cheeks so thats why it says adopted but its not it's also confirmed by multiple chinese players and The original webtoon artist of the Genshin webcomic who actually shipped them so no it isn't incest they are just sworn brothers. ( It's just means that people who are not related to each other who swore loyalty to each other) Also i found a very interesting information Sworn brothers ARE a substitution to canonically gay relationships that cannot be shown because fucking huge censorship law or something (I'm not saying luckae/kaeluc is canon or you should ship it but understand that they are literally not related in any shape of form) Not every sworn brothership is a cover for a gay relationship, but that's what the "sworn brothers treatment" refers to.
