I was an 18 year old American disc jockey when I first heard you. I was a 20 year old radio station music director when "Show Some Emotion" was released. I was a 26 year old radio sales account executive when I first heard "Drop the Pilot". I was a 33 year old radio station owner when I saw the Hearts and Flowers album released. I was a retired radio "has been" when I sat back and listened to "This Charming Life". Last week, I listened to "Not So Far Away" with my girlfriend. 2 years ago, we met...both recently divorced. "Not So Far Away" brought tears to our eyes. You were there throughout my journey, and I always wondered why this country never adopted your music, as England did. Thank you for your integrity. Thank you for your boundless creativity, unpredictability, and passion.

Joan, you are such a treasure. A brilliant artist - poet, songwriter, singer, guitarist. I treasure your music since the mid-1970s! I was so fortunate to discover your early albums then, and these songs now.
Loved you for years and I can understand if you are averse to outside remixes but I do feel this project is the right moment to try a few. Your voice is uncanny in how little it has changed and how instantly it can engage.
In the old days they would have called it a great AM radio voice.

@@jaeshasway highly unlikely because frankly he's worth more than they'll be willing to pay. He'd be giving up 3/4 of his acting career. A decent agent is going to ask 20 million dollars for year plus huge backend and the producers just won't want to pay it.
