Spider-Man Vs Anti Venom Boss fight from Spider-Man Edge Of Time.
In Spider-Man Edge of Time, Spider-Man faces one of his greatest challenges ever saving Spider-Man. Developed by Activision-owned studio Beenox, Spider-Man: Edge of Time challenges the player to take on the roles of both classic Amazing Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2099 to correct a time stream gone awry and prevent a catastrophic future brought on by the early and untimely death of Peter Parker.

Peter having no powers, knowing he's going to die but takes one look at his hand, closes his fist and goes for one last punch that actually managed to knock out Anti-Venom really captures who Peter is. Powers or not if he's going down, he's going down swinging to do the right thing and stop the bad guy.

Who would've guessed after all these years, it would be Peter having that Anti-Venom Symbiote.
"This one's gonna be for the first Spider-Man" I don't know why but this line always gave me the chills for some damn reason
i really liked the dynamic and relationship that peter and miguel had, they both aren't buddy buddy at the beginning and they were always butting heads with their ideals but they both knew when to drop all that when shit gets serious. Story in this game wasnt the greatest neither was the combat but i enjoyed the dialogue between these too.
I agree it was really entertaining their back and forth banter but that also gave so much more value to when they work together and it’s a treat.
it would've been a lot better if Activision wasn't so greedy and didn't give Beenox enough time to do better.
It is honestly really cool how you can see Spider-Man (Peter Parker) struggle in his fight with Anti-Venom since he has to play it safe to avoid having his powers drained, and Anti-Venom is no weakling either. But when Spider-Man 2099 starts fighting Anti-Venom, since he doesn’t have that weakness, he doesn’t have to do that which allows him to go full force. This is actually visually shown to us because you can see Anti-Venom get sent flying by his punches and he is even forced to rely on his regeneration since Peter never hurt him enough to make him require it.
Peter was actually winning the fight but they made him really dumb in this fight because he should of been more cautious rather then get caught off guard and having his powers drained Peter could of won if he wasn’t carless
@@aarontongson3597 They didn't make Peter dumb, Anti venom is immune to Peter's spider sense and on top of that Sloan had been watching him for some time in order to find and exploit his weaknesses

You can see how progressively weaker Peter gets in the fight too. First he looses his hyper sense, then he is struggling to even stand up after the second time
this guy literally made me have nightmares for years as a kid. Such a scary character and such a good game. Shame they wont remaster this gem

God I love CD Barnes and josh Keatons voice work so much. Easily the best Spider-Man voices, and it’s clear to see they both love the character.
Anti-Venom plus Steve Blum's Voice and his Buffness from before the Cancer is a blend that I never once dreamed of and yet is probably the best thing to come off from this game, it's a shame that he's replaced by Atrocity for the rest of it, but I appreciate his presence regardless if is short or not.

It is such a crime that this and shatter dimensions aren't featured in the new spider verse movies. Especially since shattered dimensions was like the original spider verse.

I feel like we shouldve been given the chance to save Eddie. This was literally during his arc where he was reformed and actually doing good. But we kinda just killed off Eddie despite him being an integral part of saving the world somtime after during Spider-Planet/Island

I like the dynamic between oheras fight and Parker’s fight with anti venom Parker is especially hard countered by anti venom he can drain Spider-Man and he can’t even sense him so he did that stealth drain thing on him plus Parker was actually holding back quite biussy with appealing to Brock’s good side or whatever so he wasn’t trying to hit as hard while going to oheras fight against anti venom he can’t drain ohera so he can’t artificially make him weaker plus ohera isn’t holding back on account of Eddie Brock being in there he doesn’t even know who that is much less care plus his abilities are way more offensively powerful the parkers abilities so obviously he was able to do more damage which yes he was able to take

bru this boss fight has the best camera angle, if the whole game was in this field of view im pretty sure they would have remastered this game. this is the only time you can fight while spideys that close to the camera, besides this the game feels more like a hand held arcade type game because of how far and small spidey looks from the screen

Thus, of the 1724 killed in the WTC, 1289 were on floors hit by aircraft or above them.
According to the commission's report hundreds were killed instantly on impact, while the rest were trapped and died after the tower collapsed.

Marsh Inc., located immediately below Cantor Fitzgerald on floors 93-101 (the impact site of Flight 11) lost 107 employees, and 47 Aon Corporation employees were killed.
After New York, New Jersey was the hardest hit state, with the city of Hoboken boasting the most deaths.
More than ninety countries (ethnicities) have lost citizens in the attacks on the World Trade Center.

It’s slang from the future that gets used as a curse. Only Miguel says it and Peter makes fun of him for it because he doesn’t know what it means and it sounds silly to him. You ever seen Batman Beyond? A similar thing happens in that show where ‘shway’ becomes slang for ‘cool’ because it’s set in the future and trends change over time.
