Unless the case is still ongoing, everyone's cases are public information. Like he said, anyone can go to the department and do a FOIA request (freedom of information act), and get files/records on cops, judges, da's, whoever you want really. Arguing that because the prerequisite information (name, SSN, DOB, etc) is correct on the police report means that nothing else is fabricated is a reach. They changed the definition of paperwork with this new generation.
He didn’t say that at all, you need to listen to what he said.
He said when he initially saw it, it looked like it was legit because of the SSN, DOB, tattoos etc. So he then went and got an official copy and confirmed it.

Jake is wrong on this one. Because if he's only going off the police report or the arrest report, that's basically the cops side of the story. So you're basically saying you're taking the cops word at truth hundred percent. Cop lying all the time especially in police reports to make themselves look good or to try to bury the evidence against you. They can say anything to make you look bad. And they like to add little things like he kept looking over at me when I was searching his car and looked worried, or he yelled oh, y'all got me we're screwed now, when the cop found the gun or the dope. The police like to add all type of little crap in the police report so that way when it goes to the DA's desk oh, it looks like a slam dunk case. Now if there was a written statement or police video of the interrogation of Greedo or anybody else saying anything incriminating than yeah then they'd be snitching. But it is just a police report where the cop is saying that somebody said this or somebody did this or somebody said that, then I wouldn't believe it too much because cops lie all the time, especially in the police report or arrest report
The Statement Greedo gave in the back of the police car was not heard by the arresting officer, he later watched it as it was recorded by the camera in the vehicle and wrote what was said. The second statement was not given to the arresting officer, but to the DEA Agent who interviewed Greedo at the police station. All of this info was compiled into the arrest report
