If you go to /settings and turn on Remix, when you do variations, it gives you the option to change the prompt. It is faster than starting over and you won't get random images.
Glad you are trying midjourney but now you have to go deeper lol. Just like Leonardo has different models midjourney does as well. for Tshirts I still like v4's style and aesthetics. You could try a prompt comparison between the different versions. That's what I do with permutations if you are on the $10 plan I cant remember if the permutations feature is included but what you can do to try all the different versions is at the end of each prompt you would type one of these. --v 4, --v 5, --v 5.1, --v 5.1 style raw, --niji, --niji --style cute, --niji --style expressive, --niji --style scenic (niji is the anime model) - I would also include "isolate on white background" at the end of your prompt as I have found it easier to remove the background when its all white. Midjourney's way of negative prompting is to type --no (followed by what ever you want the ai to try to exclude) for Tshirt designs I use "--no tshirt product shot, text, quotation, title" the negative prompting was mainly for v4 as each version acts different and you may not need it for 5 and up. Another thing I would recommend is as a member you can DM the midjourney bot directly or if you have your own discord you can add it to your server. That way you don't get lost in the mix of the newbie or general channels and its easier to go back and review your renders. There is a lot with midjourney, they have Chaos (--c 1-100) , stylize (--s 1-1000), multi weighted prompts (worked best in v4 from what I have seen) I made an image jam on the midjourney discord for Merch T-shirts etc (discord.com/channels/662267976984297473/1043687959477620786) and then i have my own discord so us Merchers had a place to bounce ideas and ask questions to each other. (discord.gg/AwdcvT9G3m)
I LOVE midjourney! I am so glad you are checking it out. I wasn't thrilled with it being on discord at first, however I have the option of creating a prompt on my mobile phone and grabbing it later so I really love that. I find discord to be handy.
The palm tree with waves.. all those are so beautiful illustrations. You can add your server so you won't be distracted by other people's prompts. God bless.
Hey Juno! So I just wanted to help solve your issue of generating and having to scroll through everybody's stuff to find yours. You can actually create your own private channel, and invite Midjourney into it. Then you can privately create without the hassle of sifting through other ppls designs. All in all, love the videos, they've helped me up my design quality.
I love Leonardo as more user friendly IMO... Mid journey is a little bit techy for me which put me off a bit so need to try and learn more about it. Both of them have great results!
Love your channel ❤️. I dont know if youve worked it out in Midjourney but when you do Variations you can also add the Chaos tag to give more or less variation difference --c 40 for example. I think its a 0-100 scale. The bigger the number the further away from the original.
removing a background. Apple's Preview App dose a great job instantly, depends on the image of course! Under the tools menu see remove background. I use it on my AI creations.
MJ is the best ... also it being on discord is so super convenient. I can continue on my phone where I left off, or quickly get an idea generated while Im not at my computer. I also use it interchangeably on my PC or my laptop, I'm not tied to a website.
Would love a follow up on which sold better. I like the Leonardo ones for the first two for sure, the florals, Midjourney and the last one I love both.
you can click on the midjourney bot and DM which lets you into your own room so don't have to deal with everyone else's images. you can also just type slash and click on imagine.
hey bro I appreciate all the informations that you put in this videos , Do you think that there is a chance to coper someone with using the same design , our it change once we click in remix from each laptop , which is mean , my remix in the design it's not like the remix of other when he do it .
I'm having way too much fun with Midjourney! Looking forward to your future videos about this platform. Your image with the larger astronaut looks a lot like TenHundred's artwork, too cool!
I'd love to see a video using the same prompts but with mid journey version 4. Type in /settings and select version 4 or put the suffix --V4 at the end of the prompt.
Hey Juna! You have a great teaching style! I heard that some of the artworks generated by AI apps have copyright issues. Is there a way to check that these graphics are copyright-free before we use them on POD products? I remember that you provided the USPTO site for texts. Do you have an idea if there is a site that checks for graphics or images? Thanks.
Use a higher stylize in Midjourney. You can also add --chaos 10 to get some cool results too. I've never had any luck with leonardo. I always get horrible generations.
How many sales you got from ai designs ? And which platform you are uploading designs too !! I am beginner and will try my hand as you have mentioned. Any promotion method used by you? If yes please share by answering here and also teach me and others how promote also.
Hola Juna !!
And i also have a doubt about "Do i get any copyright claims if i use pinterest images as a design for my tshirts" if it is not "how do i increase the image quality which i downloaded from Pinterest"
From Pinterest?.... I wouldn't download images from Pinterest.... that's not the same thing as generating artwork with AI..... everything on Pinterest is copyrighted
Thanks for this again, Juna. I use Leonardo but I'm finding it difficult to scale the images especially for posters. How do you go about upscaling for posters and t-shirt, pls? I heard you mention 'I just remove the background'. Is that sufficient for the resolution needed?
Hey Juno, please please do a follow up on this to let us know which of your designs sold well from you MidJourney vs Leonardo AI comparisons - great video
I'm using both, but I really love Midjourney. Looks like midjourney keeps updating their art styles every month. I just don't like to use Discord. Hey Juna I really love your videos, I'm watching one video every day on my way to my job. 👏👏👏
Thanks for watching.... I need to make more videos for you so you don't run out..... I hope to learn more about MidJourney. Hopefully they get rid of the discord or make it better.
Great video, Juna! I'm eager to see how well each of your designs sell. A couple thoughts: I think a caption/text would help each design sell. (You're the expert, and I'm sure you've thought about that!) Also, Midjourney is changing regularly, and the option to create more variations is improving, so I think with a couple more remixes of each variation, you could get closer to what you ideally want from each image. I use Midjourney a ton, so I'm biased here! Thanks, as always!
If you are on Amazon I would give it 4 weeks and then try something else because you have limited space.... If you are on any other POD I would give it 3 months
You can set up a private server using the midjourney bot so that you won’t have to search for your images and to have it in one spot. Here’s a video I just found showing a simple process to do that: ruclips.net/video/WVmCgpPL09g/видео.html

Leonardo Ai on top for sure
Leonardo is pretty cool
Thank you, very helpful.
