Yes, if you look at the video you can see the wheel has multiple tabs that lock it onto the green axle. to remove the wheel, you would need to pry each tab back and slip a thin card under and when you have all tabs unlocked the wheel can be removed. use playing cards or similar to unlock the tabs

Reverse the assembly process I suppose
Well you can’t reverse the assembly process you can remove the screws but with the “click pieces” you can’t remove them 😢
Misplaced the screws does anyone know which screws I need ?
being a childs toy, I would be very careful to ensure the screws you use are proper
