    3. Choose a chair that suits you. Generally a luxurious high end chairs destory your back. personally, I prefer a half back chair so that I can stretch my spine in the opposite direction.
    4. vegetarian diet (his personal choice)
    5. Make sure you get early sleep of 7-9 hours.

    0 - Exercise atleast 2-3 times a week
    1 - don't use laptop/mobile in your bed
    2 - don't pretend to work
    3 - eat healthy food

    To improve a healthy back your monitor should have the centre of the screen level with your eyes ensuring your not looking up or down and keeping a straight back not leaning forward as laptops constantly cause everyone to do. You can purchase stands to raise your laptop and use an external keyboard which is better if not using a desktop. It’s best to always every 20min to take a minutes look away from the computer as you will change your focus and blink more ensuring less decline in developing more just short range sight/focus.

    Hi thanks for such a unique video on health i want to add for eye care I always use anything in dark mode wether its IDE or browser
    specialists say we need at least 8 hours sleep which should be started early night and end early morning this is the habit of most successful people too

    Maybe you should've included about the sleep. Most of the early birds believe they can only code in night by avoiding the sleep. Even I had that behavior and I've seen it in my juniors too. They are not realizing that without sleep their body becomes much weaker.

    Sir I am following ur channel for about a month..you have an amazing content of videos.. since am in my 1st year and after lockdown hopefully I'll be in my 2nd year XD of b tech in cs...my problem is that I spent almost 4-6 hours in computer for competitive programming or to learning web development so as safety precautions as you have mentioned a pair of blue ray glass a good posture chair exercise bt since i sit for a long time I am often experiencing leg pain and some of my friends are also experienceing the same do you have any suggestions fir this

    can anyone give me logic of this problem.
    Three sorted arrays are given of unequal length . You need to find the middle element when all the three arrays are merged into single array in a sorted manner, But the main point is you are not allowed to use any extra space or in short you are not allowed to merge the three arrays. Also it is given that all the arrays have distinct elements(No common element were there in the three arrays).
