I think this is one of the reason why SM wouldn’t be removed from the Big 3. They literally built Kpop to what people know now

SM basically built the entire Kpop industry. I’ve been an SM stan since 2011, and I just couldn’t bring myself to stan any BBs or GBs from the other companies, and I never did. I feel like I’m betraying SM if I do 😂 call me biased or anything, ‘cause maybe I truly am. Only stan SM, the OG 😘

I don't really like SM, honestly. As and ELF and Cassie, I just felt uncomfortable with them after the lawsuit from Hangeng and JYJ, then came Kris, Luhan, and Tao.
I don't understand Korean so I know my info isn't 100% correct, but I still feel a bit uncomfortable with how they said to be overworked their artists.
Plus, there's Heechul and Kyuhyun with already working a few months after the accidents.

Tvxq is first kpop idols that held concert In Nissan Stadium Japan ( the biggest stadiu m in japan, id f I'm not wrong) -from sm.
NCT Yuta is actually SM's first Japanese idol to debut and then it's NCT Shotaro and then Aespa's Giselle.
Shoo from SES is part japanese. If you count giselle, then Shoo counts as well

yes, SM create trend then they don't follow that :))) for example, dance practice video, while every other groups have practice video, even in many versions, we're craving for EXO, RV, NCT dance practice but SM doesn't hear us =((

@@prokshhh they actually tried this unlimited concept with Super Junior which was way back 2006. It was also said that EXO concept and SUJU's unlimited concept was formulated since 1990s. Apparently, it didn't go well with the fans so SM tried it with RV, but Yeri's addition also made fans furious. So in 2016, he debuted NCT with different units.
SM is way ahead of everyone. They always offer something new to the table despite of not having it on the usual menu list. Do crazy experimental concepts that seems impossible at first and turns it into something spectacular. The only problem is the mismanagement with their artists. But yeah... not all kpop agencies are perfect

SM paved the way, I love and hate SM at the same time, but i have huge respect for them, and for Lee Soo man. SM is constanlty experimenting with music, choreography, MVs, concepts but they still keep their style. Im kpop stan since 2011, 9 years as a Shawol, 7 as an exo-l and 7 as an army. And still imo SM artist as a whole music family have the best quality, and the best, uniqe ideas. 4th kpop generation just started and SM is showing that they have more in their basement xD : NCT, Super M, Aespa. SM can be shitty sometimes but they now what they are doing.

There's probably some research to be done here, but I remember one suju member said before that they were the 1st to do performances even if a member was missing. They said something about how it was common for artists to cancel a performance if a member couldn't participate, but since suju had so many members doing so many other things besides singing, they would just adjust their positions and still go on with the show.
& now with SuperM, they became the 1st to create a group out of SM groups & opening a square by its name in the US.
