Crouch Heavy is the Overhead.
While your holding Down to Crouch you can angle the stick Down Left/Right to build charge as your doing it.
Hence how hes able to do overheard into Crusher

Reminds me a lot of Juninho Nash Bison on SF4, but, a little bit worse.

1. If you buffer the 6HP there’s enough time to charge Psycho Crusher
2. I believe this only works because of the extra height from using OD scissors on an airborne (crumpled after DI) opponent
Also would work after PC 5HK since that also crumples
