I now understand why Fromsoft makes even the human characters bigger than the player (besides readability). The attacks simply aren't as impressive if they're smaller.
nah its also cuz when u ascend to godhood or "demigodhood" you just get bigger. like radahn was tarnish-sized until he became a demi god then he got huge
@@hooh9076 Not just demigodhood or godhood. Just getting stronger in general rewards you with a size increase. Same case with Demons Souls, Dark Souls, Bloodborne and Sekiro
I think the reason Godfrey is so big is because he's super old and given the game's sumerian mythology inspiration Godfrey as first elden lord could be similar to gilgamesh who is also enormous compared to humans but he's also part god and I'm not sure Godfrey is so idk
And this shows you why they make the bosses big. Even a really big normal man looks like a midget. They need to make them giant in order for it to look and play right.
