I do love seeing the pros use Billy more. He is a pretty low tier character, but he's actually pretty damn fun once you get the hang of what he can do.

Billy is pretty bad, but he has his own quirks. I actually do play Billy and he's pretty damn good if you make good use of all he has. And it really makes me happy to see matches where the players aren't spam picking Clark the entire time. I swear it is godly boring both watching anyone play him and playing against him, but he's busted af, so...

ET or not, his opponent's winrate is 91%, so he's not exactly a slouch either, is he?
And if you really speak as pro players, they actually dont bother with tier so much. They can play all characters better than most people
