I know I'm a little late here, but the Tony Os Cuban Sandwich!! That's the cant-miss food item at Target Field! Pulled pork, hot ham, swiss cheese, and a couple dill pickles between toasted Cuban bread slathered in a delicious mustard concoction. The brat you had needs the kraut and onion to be top-notch.
