Nice to see the girls again. God Bless you honey.
16 degrees in Denver this morning. Touch of snow.🐝🌻😆
Ohhh that’s chilly!
Great production job
I could so watch just the entrance and them coming and going for hours .......so therapeutic.
🥰
I could listen to you all day. You speak so patiently. Making sure each word gives the meaning that you want it to.
💛 thank you!
Hey. A top for you from Michael Bush. He says in winterizing your hive, if you create a 2-3 inch top entrance and seal off the bottom entrance the fair a lot better with ventilation and condensation.
Beautiful as always. Just love watching the 🐝 🐝 🐝 working. My brother just received his first colony on the weekend. He’s very excited about it. I went through it with him and done the first inspection, removing all the wedges to stop the frames from moving during transport home. They are doing great and look awesome.
Thanks for sharing your videos I usually share them with my family and friends. Helps me when I explain things about bees to them.
Tricky Trev🇦🇺🐝🐝🐝🐝👍👍👍👍
Oh you just reminded me I need to get my mouse guards on
I always love seeing your girls doing their thing. You take such good care of them & they, in return, take care of you. Keep up the great work & videos. Blessings, Love & Hugs from Vicki in Ft. Worth, Texas 🇨🇱🇺🇸👍❤️🥰🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Did the same today, i had 3 queens that were too old letting in Wintersaison.
Keep beekeeping, you are doing a great job and its always fascinating to see different kinds of beekeepers working in other countries.
Love the beautiful landscape, whideness and forests,to be honest,i‘m little bit jealous :))
Greetings from Switzerland (near Davos)
Thank you!!! I agree, I love seeing how others keep their girls!!! Switzerland is one place I will visit one day!!!
Another great video thank you! Temps in NE oregon dropped to 19 lastnight I have 2 colonys and just lost one of my queens so have to merge them Thursday when temps warm back up. Here's to 2021 being a better year for all!
Great video as always! 😀💜
💛💛💛🙌
Such a peaceful video watching all of the bees going to town🐝 Thanks for sharing! It's always such a pleasure stopping by seeing you tend to the girls🐝 They are so amazing
I’m so glad you enjoyed that 💛
How you tend your girls 🐝 is goals! Another great video.
💛 thank you!
When my little brother was a HS wrestler, he sometimes suffered from bronchitis and after treatment with deep tissue heat from our family chiropractor, he took pills, from the health store that contained propolis and royal jelly to help him with breathing and energy. They seemed to work because despite bronchitis he took home the state championship trophy! Show us what you can do with propolis.
As usual, another awesome video from you Kaylee. Hope you can come down to Portsmouth to pick up all this beautiful Mahogany and other hardwoods and the other nice stuff including the bandsaw.
💛I’m thinking it will be soon!
Hello Kaylee how recent did you record this video? The pollen has pretty much cut off here in Central Virginia. Saturday I removed the Apivar strips. I gave each colony half of a pollen patty also because I don't want the queen to stop laying yet. Im feeding a few because they are a little light on stores They have consumed quite a bit of their stores, because of the nectar dearth that's been going on for the last couple of months.
Im going into winter with 24 colonies.
Kaylee I use propolis traps and sell it
I think I’m running a little behind because we are now supposed to possibly get snow Friday! I’ve got to get their winter covers on, the shins and foam board insulation! 😬 all of them have a full deep of honey and then a bunch in the first box too. Hopefully they make it through winter.
💛 they sound like they will!!!
We do not open the hives in uk now to cold and damp
I hate closing mine up for the last time each season. I'm in Northern Indiana and usually is freezing here by now but it's suppose to be high 60's possibly even into the 70's until next Monday. So I'm already a little concerned with all their late season activity and consumption of winter stores..
nice video. Just curious how cold does it get over there ? I'm based in Poland and i dont do anything for winter. Just treat varroa and make sure enough feed inside. My brood box is polyurethane and bottom board /roof are wood. Some even have open meshed bottom board open all winter.
Muito linda, perfeita 🥰🌱🌻🌳🍯👍
Very nice video. When you treat with OA do you only do one treatment, or do three treatments? If so how many days do you wait between treatments.
I've heard about propolis only from advertising on Korean skin care products when I was in Seoul. I am interested to learn a bit more about it!
Did you already do your mite treatments in advance of winter? And yes I want to see you make your sugar bricks! My kitchen is already a sticky mess half the time anyway.
Mite counts were good in many of them! Did us OA in a few!! The sugar bricks were super easy!
What do the hive beetles do?
What species of bees do you have? Do you like them and their qualities?
Plz tell me why my apis mellifera swarm don't make honey
