Yup but in jeongyeon's case it was more worse than jisoo. In twice they have 2 lead vocal the other lead vocal is treated as a main vocal which is very unfair

You can't compare this in my opinion. Yes, Jisoo has less Lines that Lisa, but Lisas Lines Are mostly Rap-Parts. If you're just counting the Vocal-Lines Jisoo has more than Lisa.
But if you're comparing Jeongyeon and Mina both Are having nearly just Vocal Lines and thus they Are Not actually getting treated according to their positions.
Twice -> vocal based group
Blackpink -> rap based group
You can't compare two different situation
If jisoo is last is "fair" in a sort of way
1) Jennie is both a main rapper and a lead vocalist
2) Rosé Is the main vocalist
3) Lisa is a lead rapper in a rap focused group
