My inflammation has significantly decreased since being on Zepbound for the past 6 weeks. I feel wonderful and I'm so amazed right now! This is one of my non scale victories❤

Thanks ladies. Here is my experience. Post menopausal type2 diabetes , was diagnosed 2 years go. I went on metformin and it was horrid , it metabolically blew me out and made me very very unwell, terrible lows . I have chronic colitis, tried to control with fodmap diet , anaemia, very high inflammatory markers, chemical weight gain, chronic muscle and joint pain non alcoholic fatty liver, Really bad brain fog. I was a train wreck and getting very depressed . I finally went to an endocrinologist. Went thru all the tests , iron infusion and went on ozempic . Once a week :25 mg , tritiated to :50mg after 2 months . I split the :50 mg over the week. The endocrinologist believes is was gpl : 1 deficient. Now after 3 months, bsl stable at 4:6.
Here is the kicker. No fatty liver, normal inflammatory markers, no brain fog, all other symptoms gone, even my sore knees. I can exercise now , weight strengthen. I sleep better . My bowel is unbelievably great although I still watch my diets . I have lost 10 kg, amazing! I feel like a new woman , a miracle!!! Go low and go slow is the way for me. I am so excited with the research on dementia and Parkinson’s. My dad stuffed this. This peptide has change my life . 🐨☺️

I just started Zepbound this past Sunday and to anyone struggling with disordered eating and obesity, this medication is life changing. Within hours my mind felt clear and I didn't feel controlled by food. I was hesitant at first, but am so incredibly thankful for taking this step for my health.

Hi, I feel so hesitant to start the meditation. It's been sitting in my fridge for 5 days now. I told myself I would start today, which is Sunday. What is the best time to take it? Morning, afternoon, or night? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you

@@hayatwahob for me personally I find that the time of day does not matter so much, but I am only up to the 5mg dose and have not had many ill side effects. Everyone is different though, so you will have to just experiment with what works for you. I'd suggest if you take it in the morning, make sure it's a day you can have side effects and it not impact what you have to get done and if you take it at night make sure that's true of the day after. You may find you have no side effects, some of them, or only have side effects on higher doses, again everyone is different.

As I wait for you to offer your services to Illinois, I’ve convinced my PA to start me on a GL-P (this was a few months ago). I did respond to it-believe my inflammation went down, lost some weight, stopped having ridiculous hot flashes and more…but I was given a generic dosing to follow without much guidance, paying out of pocket ($$$) and running through my meds-just to have the compounding pharmacy “disappear/close”-sketchy!- so I had to stop, until now, my Dr has a new pharmacy they go through…my question is, what constitutes a micro dose? A value that is set, or the dose I feel “best” at? If you can even answer that…there is a lot of inexperience out here…thank you for all your information and advice.❤

How do you dose? Micro or lowest dose?
I’m currently at .75 but I feel like my thyroid is off. I’m having labs drawn. I’m wondering if I should just lower my dose.
I was reading glp-1 can affect absorption of thyroid medication.

What exactly are you scared of? I use to think the same way before starting Zepbound but decided to at least try and if I couldn't deal with the side effects I'll stop and try something else. Well guess what? I don't have any side effects whatsoever! I feel great and normal and the weight is finally coming off. Give it a try..

@robinham2796 of course! I want you to follow this you tuber named Countess of Shopping. Go to one of her old videos where she explains exactly what you will need before you start a GLP1 medication. It's easy stuff like electrolytes for nausea or ginger capsules you can buy at Walmart. Simple things like that. This is who I followed before I started and I just binged watched her videos. She's the one who gave me the courage to try it and now I'm on my 7th week of Zepbound with no problems at all.
