सरकार चाहे कुछ भी अच्छा कर ले लेकिन यह कर्मचारी कुछ नहीं कर सकते हैं अभी भी चुनाव संपन्न हुआ है मेरी ड्यूटी पीठासीन अधिकारी के रूप में हम लोगों ने अपना सभी कार्य ठीक किया सभी कागजों को ठीक से तैयार किया लेकिन जब इनका जमा करने का नंबर आया तो सारे नियमों को किनारे कर दिया गया सभी कर्मचारियों को लगतार परेशान किया गया यह लिफाफा खोल कर दो यह सील खोल कर दो यह लिफाफा खोल कर दो जिन पर पत्थरों की जिम्मेदारी नहीं है उनको भी जमा करो दिन भर ड्यूटी करने के लिए रात में दो ढाई बजे तक कर्मचारियों को परेशान किया जाता है

Sir video is informative but the way government employee handling the entire election day and after election procedure was totally confusion and stressful to us also they weren't clear on what formate they want and only things they were interested that to say that you all will be held responsible rather than saying its team effort and lets make the election day safe and easy going

Sir i have just done duty of PRO. Aap ne yahan kaha hai that the booklets will help a lot. I am sorry to say this but it has made things worse. Adha time toh woh tear out karne mein gaya. And yes this time too the disposal and collection of material was a horror as commented here

सर जी, क्या आपकी यह सारी जानकारी और लिफाफे संबंधी जो क्रियाकलाप हैं... क्या यह हरियाणा लोकसभा से संबंधित हैं? अगर हां हरियाणा से संबंधित है तो बहुत ही अच्छा प्रयास है आपका भी और इलेक्शन कमिशन का भी... मैं हरियाणा के पलवल जिले से संबंधित है और 25 तारीख के चुनाव की तैयारी के लिए संबंधित वीडियो को देख रहा हूं आपका अच्छा प्रयास... काश इसी प्रकार से लिफाफे मिले और हम अच्छे से उनको भरकर पूरा प्रोसेस पूरा कर समय पर जमा करा दें और रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर बिना किसी आना कानी के बहुत ही सभ्य तरीके से इनको जमा कर ले तो आपका और हमारा सबका प्रयास सफल होगा।

Distinguished Rubber Stamp is a stamp which is booth and Assembly constituency specific.
It is used with the presiding officer's signature.
Yet you should refer Handbook for proper use.
