For all her amazing strength and leve-headedness, Hina is still a 17-year-old girl who's been carrying Gehenna on her back like Atlas with the heavens. Seeing her like this just breaks my heart. That she's held together this well is honestly amazing, and she deserves all the praise we can give her.
Its actually messed up that she just said "I will be fine, let's go Sensei" after a 2 minute talk, as if that was enough for everything she had gone through. "I'm not that strong" she says, its like her saying "I'm not cute at all". Though I get why the scene just played out as Hina returning to her duties after breaking down everything to Sensei, I wish we could get a more proper character development for her, something like her having more close people who understands her in her daily life and her acknowledging her will and determination to be the head prefect, something that doesn't feel temporary, something you can see in Hoshino's character development after acknowledging that Abydos is her reason to keep going on. Where is Gehenna volume... Like seriously, after vol 3 Mika got punished but Makoto? Naaah she is just a joke character. C'mon man...
This scene was what made me fall for her. An aloof warrior who always keeps her cool and always has strength finally showing her deep emotions to someone she loves, showing that despite all of her almost inhuman strength, she is still very much like us 💜

In terms of "physical" strength, I think they're on par. What Hina is getting at though is their mental strengths. As she explained, Hoshino has gone through a lot of shit and still comes back from it all. In that case, this is where Hina feels she's lacking. Also, she wants sensei to spoil her more.

Etc etc" That line doesn't talk about their physical/mystical strength, but more about their mental fortitude and maturity. Also, the characters all use non gender pronouns for sensei so that even a woman playing the game can be immersed.

yes I like the idea of shipping hoshino and hina together (will seem like a crack ship) but i know where i’m coming from now as the reason for creating this ship in the first place as for ships, friend ships are one of the most valuable ones
