The BTEC Awards are an annual celebration of skills-based learning: established to acknowledge the achievements exceptional BTEC students, apprentices, teachers and centres.
Westminster Academy has embraced this challenge with energy and a rigorous approach that is paying off. 100% of the Academy’s Level 3 BTEC learners achieve university offers and have followed their BTEC study to degree level.
BTEC forms a key part of the Westminster Academy curriculum, with every student undertaking two BTEC subjects. The school also understands the importance of linking learners and employers together from the start, which is why Westminster Academy has worked immensely hard to create business links in the local area and beyond. These include: Buckingham Palace, The Princes Trust, Mosaic, Marks & Spencer, Vodafone, Westminster Council, Into Film, Kerb, Imperial College London and many, many more.
