Take each type of castle piece (Tower, Gate, Wall) to Cyrus and let him show you all the other colors they come in, also the Medieval Wall. Once customized, it will be added as an option in your catalog for when you order more. I built a humongous castle that spans across about half my island, in various rooms of color themes: dark gray, ivory/yellow, pink, and blue. And damaged castle towers and medieval walls as a facade to make my museum look bigger. A Castle Gate right in front of the museum entrance. Spent well over a million bells, probably a couple of millions, and so I let my savings from my agriculture build up, before I replaced much of my crops with my castle. As my castle was on the 2nd cliff level, I placed Storefronts in front of part of it, to create the illusion of a 2nd floor down below. I even have a tunnel coming out of the cliff below the castle, from which my train comes out, and then disappears behind a human player house, as I did not want to create a 2nd tunnel. I drew the custom patterns for my train tracks myself. Crew Member chairs set behind the train engine, sitting on the tracks, look very much like they are part of the train. Of course the tunnel is not real. Just an illusion. I tried a black File Cabinet 2x1 turned around backwards, but I wanted my Storage Shed back there again, so I put a black storage shed behind the Ruined Arch to let it serve double-duty.
This last week, I have been busy making Pro Designs standees for some extra faux buildings. I had just 1 of those pirate bird Pyramids, that I used raised up on a hidden 3x3 cliff to serve as the roof. Another building is larger, and has a furnished 2nd floor, and a faux standee 1st floor with signs on the standees as to what the business inside would be imagined to be. Now my island has 5 additional addresses.
A great fit for a highlands castle build
