Great version of the legendary Peter Green. Gary’s album Greeny the ultimate tribute 2 amazing guitarists who graced our lives with so much talent and soul💙💙
That Guitar is crying for the woman that left you. Man, you played that instrument as if you were in the competition of your life to win her back and have them both, and you cracked it. Number one. It is the masterpiece of 2022 Great
I never tire of listening to his music and peace returns to my soul, I am already old and I can't find anyone who can equal him, you will be remembered for eternity. Thank you for leaving us your work Gary Moore! RIP
Agreed. Greeny definitely had a big influence on Gary, he even bought his legendary Les Paul off him. One of the greatest blues tones ever. RIP Peter Green
I love GARY MOORE!!!!!! EVERY NOTE HE PLAYED ON HIS GUITTAR CAME FROM HIS WHOLE BEING HE PLAYED FROM HIS HEART AANDD SOULJUST WATCHING HIM ANND LISTENING TO EVERY SONG HE DID HE LIVED IT AND FELT EA CH NOTE LOOOOOVE HIM❤💔💔🧚🏽♀️🧚🏼♂️🧚🏽♀️🌊🌊🌊🌊😘🍷
Yeah. Sir Gary Moore was one of the greatest guitarist ever no doubt. But this piece is so much similar to Black Magic Woman. Considering both were originally composed by Fleetwood Mac. ❤️
It’s a Peter Green song. Gary is even playing Peter’s original solo, as a tribute, until he goes off on his own thing. Gary’s is a great version though. Just got to give credit where it’s due.
Peter Green wrote it early on and “improved” it with a later more successful offering, if you listen carefully, you can hear Black Magic Woman weaved thru it. . as Eric Morecambe would say All the right notes, not necessarily in the same order.
I have been playing the guitar for over thirty years now and if I ever get to be a quarter as good as Gary Moore I'll be happy still got a ways to go though.
Un virtuoso de la guitarra, un bluesman auntentico, Gary uno de los hijos predilectos del blues blanco, John mayal el padre del blues blanco...larga vida al blues...!!!
Is there any axe Gary can't make sound magically beautiful? Seems like I've seen him play at least 15 guitars over the years, each time sounding fantastic.
Uncannily accurate replication of the original version by Peter Green. Gary maybe isn't quite in Greens league as a singer, but he has captured the nuances and tone of the guitarwork on the original so accurately.
O FK YEAH! Got the smokin' grill out in the yard doin' some major BABY BACKS - just finished all the lawn mowin' - beer's ICE COLD and the 4th of July weekend is HERE and THIS IS HOW WE'RE ROLLIN!
My baby's gone and left me cryin' by myself My baby's gone and left me cryin' by myself I loved another woman, now I lost my best gal She was a real good woman Never done me no harm Was a real good woman Never done me no harm I loved another woman Now she's up and she's gone Well, come back baby I won't do you no wrong Come back baby I won't do you no wrong I loved another woman And I won't do that no more Wow-wow-wow-wow Wow-wow-wow-wow Wow-wow-wow-wow Wow-wow-wow-wow Wow-wow-wow-wow Wow-wow-wow-wow Wow-wow-wow-wow Wow-wow-wow-wow Wow-wow-wow-wow Wow-wow-wow-wow Wow-wow-wow-wow Wow-wow-wow-wow
This is the best bit of music and song, I am able to listen again and I think that He is better than BBking, Santana, and quite a few othersHe would have played at one of the white House entertainment Gig, This Guy is Presidential performance. Great,
No doubt Gary Moore is a more technically talented guitarist but it’s got nothin on how influential Clapton is, people forget about how revolutionary his Les Paul/Marshall tone was back in the 60’s, he changed blues/rock forever
I believe this one came just before , it was on FM’s first studio album which was recorded in 1967. Black magic woman was recorded in 1968 but they were both possibly performed live prior to this so hard to know for sure. They do sound very similar!
"The tune does appear to be based on Otis Rush's "All your love" which was in turn based on "Lucky Lou" by Jody Williams. Peter Green (FMc) composed "Black Magic Woman" and also his "I loved another woman" has its origins in this blues progression."
Moore was a blues monster.
This is simply one of the greatest guitar performances of all time.
Can't get tire listening to the guitar solo.
Gary Moore was simply amazing, he will live in our hearts for ever!
Is this the Carlos from Stages?
Yep - also see the video with BB King - "The Thrill is Gone" Gary was one of the very best - RIP
Had I not known better, I would have thought this was Peter Green.
Phenomenal, original artists, both!
Great version of the legendary Peter Green. Gary’s album Greeny the ultimate tribute 2 amazing guitarists who graced our lives with so much talent and soul💙💙
one legend covering another legend. just awesome!
Indeed. I am wondering why Gary didn't use Peter Green's Les Paul to play it?
@@ishatype2764 I thought the same! Would have been perfect
@@ishatype2764here it is, with 1959 burst Greeny ruclips.net/video/WfXiQOnfWOQ/видео.html

Gary's passing was a crushing blow to the world of guitar music , blues .rock & hard rock. Sadly one that will have an impact on us from now on..
That Guitar is crying for the woman that left you. Man, you played that instrument as if you were in the competition of your life to win her back and have them both, and you cracked it. Number one. It is the masterpiece of 2022 Great

Yeah. Sir Gary Moore was one of the greatest guitarist ever no doubt.

R.I.P Gary, You're Still The Best...💯💔
The Blessed of Axe Men! Gary Moore loved his Craft...and was inspired by all guitar music...
Fantástico. Bluesman only one
Two comments in a row… got a Black Magic Woman vibe big time. Also, Gary’s voice was underrated, I strongly feel.
When simple seems to be easy.....
Probably my favourite Gary Moore song

Gary’s guitar wired out of phase in the middle nails the peter green sig tone I loved this guys guitar playing so sad he’s gone.
Un virtuoso de la guitarra, un bluesman auntentico, Gary uno de los hijos predilectos del blues blanco, John mayal el padre del blues blanco...larga vida al blues...!!!
Whilst some concentrate on shredding Gary was economical and melodic. I’ll leave you to decide who was the most satisfying to listen to.
I simply enjoy listening to the song! Love it.
Class solo - sweet and sad ❤
RIP Gary Moore - master guitarist.
Love this song...love listening to him playing or someone that play's just like him 😉
Is there any axe Gary can't make sound magically beautiful? Seems like I've seen him play at least 15 guitars over the years, each time sounding fantastic.

That's Greeney he's playing there... love the fact that Gary was left-handed .
That's not greenie,
That's not left handed guitar playing , jimi hendrix was left handed, you obviously know shit about guitars and guitar players
I feel the power of freedom
How can this be Real?? Its just amazing

The Great Gary Moore playing such sutle notes, so controlled, I agree about him being better than EC, he plays with more Feeling.
Tone for days..! Really miss GM, but at least we have this...
Title of the video made me laugh.
I'd love another woman 🤣🤣🤣
Wouldn't we all

This is the best bit of music and song, I am able to listen again and I think that He is better than BBking, Santana, and quite a few othersHe would have played at one of the white House entertainment Gig, This Guy is Presidential performance. Great,
Beautifully executed
This is just me but Id take Gary Moore over EC anyday.
One million percent
Any day! I don't think Ive seen EC play with the passion of Gary.
Where would you take him?
Not just you.
He's far superior.
No doubt Gary Moore is a more technically talented guitarist but it’s got nothin on how influential Clapton is, people forget about how revolutionary his Les Paul/Marshall tone was back in the 60’s, he changed blues/rock forever
