Maybe we won’t need this physical cord anymore.” The first replied, “Nonsense. And moreover if there is life, then why has no one has ever come back from there? Delivery is the end of life, and in the after-delivery there is nothing but darkness and silence and oblivion. It takes us nowhere.” “Well, I don’t know,” said the second, “but certainly we will meet Mother and she will take care of us.” The first replied “Mother? You actually believe in Mother? That’s laughable. If Mother exists then where is She now?” The second said, “She is all around us. We are surrounded by her. We are of Her. It is in Her that we live. Without Her this world would not and could not exist.” Said the first: “Well I don’t see Her, so it is only logical that She doesn’t exist.” To which the second replied, “Sometimes, when you’re in silence and you focus and you really listen, you can perceive Her presence, and you can hear Her loving voice, calling down from above.”

yes, 4 skip kr diya gya ha bahut hi chota sa gap rakhne ke liye, yehi gap inhalation and exhalation ke bich ha. start with 10mins you can keep increasing the time +5mins everyweek aur ye normal breathing is hai isko ki har time chalna ha. 3srb ko kabhi bhi kar sakte hain bus khane ke baad light book use kreyega
Sir I tried this method for a month and it had a negative effect on my body. Now I think I suffer from Hernia and Acid Refluxes because the strain caused the stomach to enter in my diaphragm cavity.
Are you suffering from what kind of hernia inglical hernia?my relative is doing this exercise for more than 20 years he has no effect I mean side effect

@@abirmajumder9200 the technique is very simple and needs controlled breathing , its helps to calm down the overthinking, helps focus and concentrate on the breathing, thereby helping the mind and body to relax and rejuvinate in a very short span of time. After attending the 3 day program at IESM badlapur centre, this conscious breathing technique really helped me in focussing and aligning thoughts in positive manner
Can Any1 tell me relationship b/w PJ saher ji aur Shri Tavariya ji ? And also blocking of nose is also mentioned in Zen Yoga Book. But in that book he has said we should block our left 👃 Nose in page 154 and he said we can block our left nostril for first 15 -20 weeks between 1 to 2 pm in afternoon. But Tavariya Ji is Saying we should block Right Nostril. Plz Clarify This ? Kindly Clarify.
@@Humming_poet yes after reading a book on swar shastra i am now able to understand the functions of both the nostrils and breathing from them. Each nostrils have its own effects and timings in the day. Tavaria ji has also mentioned about Swar Shastra in his book. Its a science of breathing. Thanks.
