Looks nice. I recently hit the age where I need the cheater lens inside the helmet. Had made a huge improvement to my welding!

Good review. That seems like good value considering I probably paid that for my 20 year old mask. The snap in cheater lense is a feature that appeals to me. Things have moved on a lot and it's maybe time to upgrade so this is timely. Where's my piggy bank.
I thought it was great value. Yes masks have moved on a lot recently!
I just bought one of these in oreference to the simpler type yiu reviewed as much for the power on and off as much as anything. Also coming back to welding after a long break (kids...) Eyesight not as good and i need all the help i can get, and these huge lenses and true colour thing was new to me.

100% it will 😂 in all honesty because it’s so clear and bright it dose make it easier to see what your doing.
Hi great review, but where did you see it for sale for 150 Inc vat? I don't see for sale anywhere near that price 😢

awesome review buddy, I did see the helmet at the show and i didnt think the weight was much more than my 3m speedglass, I wish I had the pennies to get one to play with cause I agree it is a pain in the arse swaping shields especially if wearing a hat

Is this helmet more suited to tig welding as opposed to mig? Always wleded at home as a hobby but now working full time at it and looking to upgrade my mask, thanks
No not necessarily. I found it just as good for mig as it is with Tig. The only thing is you may use a few extra lenses a year from the splatter.
