- Family members of a North Highlands family who died in a severe car accident are hoping to sell the deceased family's home, however, they are experiencing difficulties.
Selling is not the problem. It's buying with these high interest rates and inflated home prices. That's the problem!
Whoever buys it, please donate all of it back to the family!

It will sale but it sucks probate court drags their feet & takes longer than should be. Probate laws in Commiefornia need to change.

In this market? It doesn’t sound like it’s a selling problem but it was more so a problem of getting it into their name in an appropriate amount of time to list it as quickly as possible
2 to 3 months is normal. If they were truly desperate they could easily get a loan to cover a few months of the mortgage. This is a non story.
It really takes some time to unload a property.
It is a hard sell with that history lot of bad memory.
My sincere condolences to this grieving family! 😭 I do hope they can get some semblance of their lives back as this is a horrific thing to happen to anyone. I just wish they didn’t show the house in the video because squatters may now enter and really skrew it up for them 😔

Lease it!! The market for leases is so hot you shouldn’t have any problem covering the mortgage and taxes. Then the boy can take over it when he turns 25 because he’s going to need a place of his own and rents are going to 10x more by then.
