I have a S23 now for 2 months and already very happy and satisfied with everything it has to offer, from it crazy fast software and amazing camera quality. Note that I upgraded from a S8 after using it nearly 5 years. The S23 is such a breeze of fresh air and relieve ! And now with this new One UI 6 I`m very happy I am team samsung/android instead of iphone hehehe. Thanks for this great video and bringing all the key point in these short but direct way.
@@syednizam6984 yes good choice bro the S23. I have the 265gb black. I checked mine says on average I get easy 1 day it says. In reality it is still very good. Mind that I don't any games. For daily use mostly IG snapchat and some spotify for gym. Even when BT is on it still is very good very low usage for bluetooth. Also google maps does not drain very quick like my S8 did. But mind the S8 was 5 years old. Using 1 hour of maps won't do anything big drop. I charge also to 80/90% never 100 to keep the battery healthy for upcoming years. And also never let it go 0%. When the 15% warning comes I plug it in. Also the S23 has automatic battery safe option to stop charging from 80% thats very good too if you can't manage to check. But please check always on time. I used my S8 5 years because i took care of it very good. Never had it on charger whole nights or endless. So thats big TIP for long enjoy and usage of any device. So don't worry much. With average daily usage some socials maybe maps bt on or off. End of the day you will still have battery left. I charge 1 hour before i sleep and then unplug it. Overnight it may drop few %. But in the morning plug it in for maybe 15 min back to 80/90%. And enjoy full day of S23 bro. Hope you can find it helpfull. Also I use only BT when in car for spotify and also gps. But I keep those mostly turned off that helps too forsure.

Samsung must be congratulated. It is always adding new things to its new One UI and Android versions. Always improving the design, among many other things.
It's a shame they removed the Samsung video library app tho. They should introduce a feature to sort videos by albums within the gallery app instead of simply by date. Also, there's no vertical app tray functionality with the good lock home up as of rn

To me, One UI has been more innovative and much more intelligently designed than iOS since around One UI 3/4. One UI 6 looks like it will keep going strong, and Samsung keeps winning me over. I went from a Nexus/Pixel guy, to iPhone to Samsung. I used to wish I always had an iPhone (between versions 3 and 6) but software improvements really stopped being good for both iOS and MacOS after Steve passed away. Even hardware, aside from their SoC, has not been impressive, just filling the status quo, and in some cases like their screens, falling way behind. I can't believe entry level iPhones (which are still high end prices) don't have high refresh rate displays... It's been a standard for many years now, and you still need to buy the top end iPhone line to get them there.

Animations are nice and all but when it makes the phone slower than I can do things it gets in the way of being productive - and there isn't even a way to change animation scales on iPhone
I think the camera update is a game changer and there is something else I don't think you mentioned,when you have the resolution of 200mp now,you can change the aspect ratio,in the past it was set to 3:4 and you couldn't change it,now it can go full screen,instagram resolution and 9:16(which is portrait format I think)

The ability to drag and drop a picture from an online app or Samsung online app is just like some voodoo trick (so awesome). Increasing the camera shutter speed is excellent and the ability to change your widget background is superfluous and amazing. 😎💯👊🏾👍🏾. The customisability on the free photo and Studio app is mesmerising plus it is free so that is more satisfying.
Besides that the S24 Ultra will be a very powerful and amazing phone one of the reasons I'm buying it this year is because of the updates. I have S22 Plus and still waiting for One UI 6 and S23 Series already received the update about a month ago, this is the part I don't like Samsung.

Just to be noted : some options only work for top versions like the S serie. For example, with my A54 model the "Remove unwanted objects" inside the "Scan documents and text" menu option does not exist.

This is the first time i am excited for a Samsung software update, i cant believe there is this many quality of life changes, and i love quality of life changes!
If you cannot find the Studio app: 1. Open the Gallery app. 2. Tap the menu button in the lower right corner. 3. Tap "Go to Studio" 4. (optional) If it asks you if you want to add a shortcut on the homescreen, you can do that. 5. (optional) You can add or remove Studio to the homescreen by tapping the three dots, tap "Stetings", and change the "Show Studio on Apps screen" setting.
0:30 You can actually do that before One UI 6 by tapping the three dots then tap quick panel layout and tap brightness control and set it to show always.

You should also include the things Samsung removed. I just discovered they removed the finder app. I used this feature daily and would not have upgraded if I had known they were removing it. I think Samsung had a conflict with Apple on using the finder app years ago and it was removed for a while, but then it came back. Maybe Samsung has to pay royalties to Apple for its use and now they don't want to anymore.
The search bar in your app screen is Finder. There was never really a dedicated app for it, just a link icon. You can turn it back on by tapping on the search bar, THEN the three dots, Settings. There should be an option to turn on the app icon.
@n0tjunior Unfortunately your instructions don't work, the option for activating the finder shortcut icon is not present in one UI 6. However, I did find a workaround on the Samsung form. Using the workaround I was able to get the same functionality as the the finder icon, so 😊
Ive been using samsung for over 4 years and this update got a lil emotional. Not becuase they removed sensive touch or blockslide. But becuase they replaced the emojis woth ones form doying. (Chinese tik tok) And also that slide thingy. But overall it does looks like nice. Its a sleek update that made my phone faster. I'm expecting the next one ui 7 to have beeter improves to come.
I noticed something new about RUclips and the floating screen. The first time you press the home button while watching youtube, or any other floating screen, it will go to the bottom right but when you position it where you would like it, and you go back to to the floating screen again, it will remember the position you were previously. Pretty awesome!

I think you forgot to mention one other change in the camera. a moveable white shutter button has been added to the camera app, that permits you to position it anywhere you want. This helps a lot when taking photos from different angles

I love the corner drop-down which I thought the S23 FE didn’t get, but didn’t have enough time to find out how to enable it. For the record my straight from samsung US unlocked (F946U1) version of the z fold 5 still doesnt have one ui 6, and i am stuck on 5.1.1 which is disappointing since even s21 devices are getting this and my "flagship" isnt!
When I change my sound volumen, select the extended sound menu on the left top corner, there is an instant subtitle generator for all spoken sounds. Its very good for people who are unable to hear everything.

I like the changes. My A7 Lite got its performance back! Load times have noticeably improved along with my battery. It's back to the way it was when I first unboxed it! The update also cleared some space in my storage which was nice. I got over 4 GB back! But it does have downgrades.. -Apps are tiny. Can't change sizes. I want them big again :c -When I pull down on screen to bring out the menu thing, errything in the background completely disappears. Turns into a solid color -In the log in screen when I swipe to input my pattern, the lock screen wallpaper completely disappears. Turns into a solid color :c. I think this may be a bug. When I rebooted my tablet to clear cache, logging in didn't disappear my lock screen wallpaper. But after I locked the device again, it went back to disappearing. Might be a "Sensors Off" thing, too. Thought it could also be a battery saver thing
I dont even use an Android phone but this new Samsung Ui especially the new camera and editing features blow my mind. i hope that Apple do the same thing as ONE UI 6 in IOS 18.

For the record my straight from samsung US unlocked (F946U1) version of the z fold 5 still doesnt have one ui 6, and i am stuck on 5.1.1 which is disappointing since even s21 devices are getting this and my "flagship" isnt!
When I change my sound volumen, select the extended sound menu on the left top corner, there is an instant subtitle generator for all spoken sounds. Its very good for people who are unable to hear everything.

I like the changes. My A7 Lite got its performance back! Load times have noticeably improved along with my battery. It's back to the way it was when I first unboxed it! The update also cleared some space in my storage which was nice. I got over 4 GB back!
But it does have downgrades..
-Apps are tiny. Can't change sizes. I want them big again :c
-When I pull down on screen to bring out the menu thing, errything in the background completely disappears. Turns into a solid color
-In the log in screen when I swipe to input my pattern, the lock screen wallpaper completely disappears. Turns into a solid color :c. I think this may be a bug. When I rebooted my tablet to clear cache, logging in didn't disappear my lock screen wallpaper. But after I locked the device again, it went back to disappearing. Might be a "Sensors Off" thing, too. Thought it could also be a battery saver thing
