@@whitestar7641same bro! It works really well because my friend has directional insanity😂. She got lost in her own apartment complex before and she’s only THE SECOND BUILDING IN! I can find my way back from pretty much anywhere(as you said joking pigeon esque) and it only takes me one or two times to go to a place before I just can find my way there again without directions.
The way Lachlan sounded so morose about not being able to show us his home… my little “don’t trust anything in a story” brain was immediately like “we’re gonna get cursed aren’t we?” Anyway love this series so happy we got a part 2 I’m such a sucker for merfolk stories! 🧜♂️
I really loved this! The sound effects are so clear, and with my synesthesia it really painted a clear picture! it was so easy to not only see the scene, but also FEEL it - the water, the air, the calmness. well done Mage, cant wait to hear more :D
I've never been in that situation, but I do have difficulty swimming. I can if it is life or death, but that's about it. So this situation would be interesting, especially since I would feel really shy about it what with having a friend who was literally born to swim due to having a tail. I'd honestly try to lie my way out of it first before turnning my head away, ashamed of what they can do with such ease and I can't, admitting how afraid I am to swim. It just gets my mind wondering, how exactly would they comfort us, just what would they say to help us feel better? I can imagining it being really sweet and just so cute.

Im terrified of swimming due to a near-drowning incident when i was young so me be-friending a merfolk would be interesting to see how that goes down.
