    Pup looks like an angle thanks to the groomer. Great haircut and a great model. Very good at holding still.

    Thank you SO MUCH, Sue! I needed the visual along with the printed descriptions at such perfectly timed spots. I did it!!!! Both Shih Tzus sat like champs, but I did have to take them on a walk first, as the puppy was trying to play with the clippers.

    Amazing skill. I’ve never seen such long ears on this type of dog! They do look out of place. But if that’s what the owner wanted... The patience of the beautiful dog is unbelievable

    Absolutely LOVE this video. I wish I'd have found it before I butchered my ShihTzu's head. I have a 1 yr old ShihTzu that I am trying to learn to groom at home. She absolutely hates anything in her topknot, so she constantly scratched at it. Within 10 minutes her hair was hanging in her eyes. We tolerated it for a year. The other day I shaved it off as best I could. NOW, I find your video. Oh well...next time I'll refer to this. Thank you so much!

    You do such amazing work 😊. I have the same breed of pup. I haven't had her groomed yet. She so needs it, but I'm afraid a groomer here will shave her bald or misshapen her. That would break my heart. I wish you were in my area. Great job!

    I amadopting a Havapoo puppy in March at 8 weeks of age. I will start acclimating the pup to touch all over especially around the face and the sound of an electric cutter.
    How do I find a groomer who gives as much attention to the details of the face as you do. I have watched many videos on grooming and yours has been the best. Beautiful work!

    I groom my own puppy but did not get the face right as she’s only 4 months old and never had his particular Maltese mix before so thank you for your video....What else I liked about your video was that it concentrated on the part I was interested in and it was short and sweet ....PS still can’t get her to sit as still as yours for the face so I can never have a really good look to see what I’m doing...she’s got so much better though ....anyway thank you again

    Hi, im 13 years old and i had never groomed a dog before. My shichi has a huge ball of matted hair on the both sides of her back. (Must of been when i let her run around outside) i have trimmed her face before but she keeps licking me and gets in the way. How can i shave her without hurting her or messing up? I dont wanna take her to a grooming place because i dont want anyone to think that i abuse her(which i dont) could you make a video and help me? Plz

    • @Flippityfloop44
      @Flippityfloop44 7 лет назад +2

      Just take your dog to a groomer, they can remove the mats safely and teach you how to brush and comb them out without hurting your dog. If you show a willingness to learn they won't think you abuse your dog, and as long as she's not badly matted every time they see her, they won't think any less of you.

    Man I wish I knew where I could take my dog to be groomed possibly. He is a malshi and my groomer doesn’t know how to cut him to look his breed. His ears are shorter but otherwise he looks a lot like this little pup.
    Funny m I just googled your name to see if it was possible for you to see my dog. I’m thinking that I will have to find someone on this side of the ocean. I’m way over by the pacific in California.😉 I’d have to cross my entire country and the Atlantic.🤪

    When you hold dog's muzzle with your left hand all we see is your arm and hand - we can't see what you are doing with the shears. Why not place the camera to your right side since you are right-handed?
