Ella pots Murder is where you intentionally kill someone, like say you mull it over before you do it then shoot them etc. Manslaughter is where you kill them by accident, unintentionally.

@@adamhatson2029 it is not an offense if it is a complete accident. Manslaughter is were the accident is your fault (you cause death by carrying out a criminal offense such as battery or by being neglegant) which is Involuntarily manslaughter. Then there is voluntary manslaughter were you kill in the heat of the moment because of an understandable reason to lose your temper or the killing was largely caused by a mental illness and you did not know entirely what you were doing.
