I don't understand @ 4:20.... what pressure is palvo using to deny hook... only part i was confused on.
Bob was talking about what he was doing to force a hook not to deny it, and down pressure, basically the opposite motion of a hammer curl, he talks more in depth about this in one of his videos training Paul Italia
