- Hey guys my name is Jessica and making sweets is my passion! Today I made watermelon sorbet with only 2 ingredients, no ice cream machine required! Subscribe to me to learn how to make simply adorable desserts based off of animes, japanese characters, and more! ^_^
INGREDIENTS:
-2 cups watermelon
-1/2 cup citrus juice (lemon/lime/orange)

GREETINGS, IN THE LAST COUPLE YRS THE SEEDS ARE RECOMMENDED AS THEY"RE FULL OF NUTRIENTS GOOD FOR YOU. SO YOU CAN EAT'EM ALONG W/ THE MELON. THEREFORE, THEY CAN B BLENDED IN FOR EITHER JUICE OR THE SORBET.

Ive been looking for a watermelon sorbet but they all included a crazy amount of added sugar or were way to hard but this is easy has no added sugar and is delicious thx so much

Can I use condensed mile with the water melon like the mango sorbet. Still have condensed milk I made for my mango sorbet (which was awesome btw!!!!) and I don’t want it to go to waste
It's not sorbet if u add milk more like ice cream
Can I freeze it around 4-5 hours ?

When you do this for anyone doing this , try not to add BIG bits of watermelon if you use a blender . Also I used apple juice and It was tasty aswell !! 🌸

Will storing the sorbet in the freezer make it hard and turn it into just a block of watermelon again?
Unfortunately yes...BUT you can always pop that into the food processor again to blend up with a little more juice of your choice until you get your desired sorbet consistency :)

That is true...so that's why you have to serve this immediately after it is made. Or if you store it and it does freeze up just blend it again with some more orange juice. Hope this helps! :)

Jessica Daniela Portillo Cortez just add in a bit of granulated sugar when you are adding the citrus juice :) (it's up to you how much you want to add because it's your preference)
