This young woman has visited the horses on numerous occassions, she walks from one horse then to the other. It seems the horses do not like her, are guarded in her presence. She touches the horse on the face mostly near the nose which the horse tosses it's head to get away from her hands. Hopefully, the rules will include no touching the horses!
These people who are supposed to protect the royals and look out for their horses' better interests are not very observant. If I were in their shoes I'd be very interested in discovering the story of this nutty woman who spends her time walking back and forth between horses to pet them. What's up with that?💂♀💂♂
Yes, I've seen her in other videos. The horses clearly do not like being relentlessly pawed at and poked by her. Her petting movements are abrupt and jerky.

She goes back and forth to each horse for hours. If you don't see her at one horse she's at the other horse stroking it.

The Guards know the rules but yet Guard should speak up not to touch horse besides reins
