In Ques 2: I remember learning that patients with HOCM have defective heart and they cannot become athelete in the first place. Since the question mentions he is an athelete, how can the diagnosis be HOCM?
In fact if I wd have given paper, without a second thought I wd have marked a plastic anemia... Bcoz robbins clearly mentions it transforms to leukemia (aml)... But ans given is Leukemia
