@@deuces_shoeless i grew up in Murfreesboro, TN. Befriended them due to my band opening for them many times locally. But no matter how big they got, they would come back home and play in the weirdest places. But super lucky I got to grow up and watch that band grow from what was Danza 1 playing for 4 people with Layne and Butler to the Travis years.
You have to check out the vocalist of To The Grave's (Dane) other band "Depressant - XO". Some of the parts in that song reminds me of my favorite vocalist ever Aidan Holmes (former Alpha Wolf and Dealer)
Ok this was sick. Never heard of them so I'm super pumped I saw this. If you get a chance we would love for you to react to the song "Confetti Kings" by Lost Lake - a heavy banger! Cheers, man.
i cant agree less that to the grave isnt distinct if anything theyre one of the most unique bands in the genre. its a sound ill always immediately recognise when i hear it
I really love this band, but there's one thing that bothers me about them. The mixes. Specifically on the guitars, it just seems like there's so much high end and little to no bass. I feel like the riffs would hit a lot harder if there was some more beef to the tone, or, at least let the bass be louder to beef it up
First and they also have another song already out called terrorist threat which is even more heavy and filthy than this one
2021 is gonna be the year of To The Grave! Them and Darko US! Both have been dropping banger after banger!
These guys and Darko I feel pull a lot from Tony Danza's Tapdance Extravaganza
That makes a lot of sense actually I never really thought about that
TDTE is SO slept on. They were ahead of their time. Opened a show they played in San Jose at a roller rink and I was baffled they were playing there
