This exact engine pumped water from a river in the summer and cut fire wood with a saw in the winter :)
That small barrel shaped inner wheel is used to drive a belt, which you can use to run lots of different types of machinery.
Had 1 one on a 2 and a half inch piston pump,2 km 464 ft lift 15 ft suction lift,IBC pump, was a perfect setup. Australia 🇦🇺
