Four mistakes I see. 1. Firstly charge, then disconnect and use. 2. Step on the carpet with your naked feet. No effect otherwise. 3. Stand directly in the drawed feet areas, place your toes where drawed toes are placed. 4. Main mistake - why don't you read the manual before use? All those things are written in there.

@@cheenutharun2938if a manual didn't come in the box with it, I would suggest contacting NooRoo to ask for one. There should have been a few pieces of info in the box if you bought it new.
